How to Request a Return

If you checked out with an account and your return meets our policy guidelines:

  • Log in to your account on our website.
  • Go to your Account page and navigate to the Returns Section.
  • Submit a return request, and we’ll review it as soon as possible.
  • We’ll notify you once your request is approved or denied, along with next steps.

If you checked out as a guest, simply contact us, and we’ll guide you through the return process.

Return Guidelines

  • 30-Day Return Window ⇄: Once approved, you have 30 days from the purchase date to return your item for a full refund of the product total.
  • Item Condition 📦: Returned items must be in new, unused condition and in the original packaging. Do not use, assemble, or modify the product before returning, as this may affect your refund.
  • Order Cancellations ❌: If your order has already shipped, it cannot be canceled. However, you may request a return once it arrives.
  • Damaged or Defective Items 💔: If your item arrives damaged or defective, do not return it. Instead, contact us immediately for assistance.
  • Defects After 30 Days ⌛: If an item develops a defect after 30 days, please contact us or check the manufacturer’s warranty policy for next steps.
  • Exchanges ⇁: Need an exchange? No problem! Simply request a return, send the item back once approved, and place a new order.
  • Shipping Refunds 🛳: We cannot issue refunds for shipping costs unless the order is canceled before it ships or if we are responsible for an error, such as a lost or incorrectly fulfilled shipment.
  • Clearance items🐾: If the product page notes an item is on clearance, it’s not eligible for refund. These items often have shorter expiry dates, and with international shipping times we cannot guarantee adequate shelf life.
