How to Request a Return
If you checked out with an account and your return meets our policy guidelines:
- Log in to your account on our website.
- Go to your Account page and navigate to the Returns Section.
- Submit a return request, and we’ll review it as soon as possible.
- We’ll notify you once your request is approved or denied, along with next steps.
If you checked out as a guest, simply contact us, and we’ll guide you through the return process.
Return Guidelines
- 30-Day Return Window ⇄: Once approved, you have 30 days from the purchase date to return your item for a full refund of the product total.
- Item Condition 📦: Returned items must be in new, unused condition and in the original packaging. Do not use, assemble, or modify the product before returning, as this may affect your refund.
- Order Cancellations ❌: If your order has already shipped, it cannot be canceled. However, you may request a return once it arrives.
- Damaged or Defective Items 💔: If your item arrives damaged or defective, do not return it. Instead, contact us immediately for assistance.
- Defects After 30 Days ⌛: If an item develops a defect after 30 days, please contact us or check the manufacturer’s warranty policy for next steps.
- Exchanges ⇁: Need an exchange? No problem! Simply request a return, send the item back once approved, and place a new order.
