Product Details

Canine All Wormer offers total protection from all 11 intestinal worms (including roundworm, whipworm, hookworm, tapeworm and hydatid tapeworm).

Contains Praziquantel, Pyrantel and Oxantel. Treat once every three months. Safe for puppies from 2 weeks of age, as well as pregnant & lactating bitches, working dogs, greyhounds and senior dogs. Canine All Wormer can be safely combined with flea and tick treatments. Does not prevent heartworm.

Available in tablets for 10kg and 40kg body weight.

 

DOSAGE:

It is important to weigh the dog before treatment to ensure the correct dose is given.

Small & Medium Dogs: Using Canine All Wormer Tablets for Dogs, dosage rate is one tablet per 10kg bodyweight. Dosage should be rounded up to the nearest quarter tablet.

Large Dogs: Using Canine All Wormer Tablets for Large Dogs, dosage rate is one tablet per 40kg bodyweight. Dosage should be rounded up to the nearest half tablet.

Tablets may be administered with or without food. Some dogs will eat the tablets by themselves.

 

DIRECTIONS FOR USE:

ROUNDWORMS & HOOKWORMS: Treat at 2, 4, 8 and 12 weeks of age and then every 3 months.

WHIPWORMS: Treat every 6 to 8 weeks after 3 months of age.

HYDATID TAPEWORMS: Treat every 6 weeks. Dogs should not be fed, or allowed feed on, offal of any species.

OTHER TAPEWORMS: Treat every 3 months.

PUPPIES: Treat at 2, 4, 8 and 12 weeks of age and then every 3 months.

ADULT DOGS: Treat regularly every 3 months for their entire life.

PREGNANT AND LACTATING BITCHES: Treat prior to mating, 10 days before whelping, 4 weeks after whelping, and then every three months.

UNTREATED DOGS: Untreated dogs may be heavily infested and so require weekly dosing for the first 2 - 4 weeks and then every 3 months.

NOTE: The most effective control of intestinal worms is attained through adequate flea control, and by daily disposal of droppings. Please treat your pet regularly for fleas.

 

SPECIAL FEATURES: 

CANINE All Wormer Tablets for Dogs can be administered in conjunction with other treatments, such as Valuheart Monthly Heartworm Prevention Tablets, as well as with flea and tick treatments.

CANINE All Wormer Tablets for Dogs have been specially formulated to remove the bitter taste normally associated with preparations containing Praziquantel. Some dogs will readily accept the tablet from the hand, and most will eat the tablet when mixed with food.

CANINE All Wormer Tablets for Dogs contain a combination of drugs which is effective against the complete range of internal gastro-intestinal parasites found in dogs in Australia.

  • Praziquantel is highly effective against Cestodes (Tapeworms) including the Hydatid tapeworm (Echinococcus granulosus).
  • The combination of Pyrantel and Oxantel is highly effective against Roundworms (Toxocara canis and Toxascaris leonina), Hookworms (Ancylostoma caninum, Ancylostoma braziliense and Uncinaria stenocephala) and Whipworms (Trichuris vulpis).

CANINE All Wormer Tablets for Dogs can safely be given dogs of all ages, including puppies, pregnant and lactating bitches, working dogs, greyhounds and senior dogs.

    We have been ordering the Canine All-wormer for our rescue dogs. It is easy to give and quartered pills make dosing various weights of dogs easy. It is also more cost effective and less messy than liquid wormers for us at this time.
