Available Weight Ranges

  • Orange: Very Small Dog 2-4kg (4-10 lbs) 
  • Blue: Small Dog 4.1-10kg (10-24 lbs) 
  • Purple: Medium Dog: 10.1kg-25kg (24-55 lbs) 
  • Red: Large Dog 25.1kg-50 kg (55-110 lbs)

Not for use in puppies under 8 weeks of age or weighing less than 2kg (4 lbs). Keep out of reach of children and pets. In case of accidental ingestion, seek immediate medical attention.

    I have always depended on Nexgard to protect our 3 dogs. Never do I find an attached tick anymore.

    Haven't given these to my dog yet since I still have a couple of NexGard chewables from my vet. But when I begin to administer these chewables from Sierra Pet Meds, I'm confident that my dog's flea protection will continue at the same level; i.e., providing an effective and safe medication. My NexGard order from Sierra arrived in the U.S. within a week or placing the order. The product is packaged nearly identical to the one from my vet (these appear to be packaged for European customers as the printed dosage and pet weight is in metric units and the box doesn't have the legal FDA advisories). But this appears to be the same medicine offered by Merial (the huge French animal medicine company) that my vet sold me - only his cost me twice as much! I was very pleased with this first purchase from Sierra Pet Meds and will continue to buy from them until I have a bad experience (if ever).

    This year was particularly bad for ticks. We were picking several ticks off each dog (we have 3) every day. We administered Nextguard and the ticks stopped, not a single one was found.
