  • Up to 4 kg (4-10 lbs): NexGard Orange & HeartGard Blue
  • Up to 10 kg (10.1-24 lbs): NexGard Blue & HeartGard Blue
  • 10.1-22 kg (24.1-50 lbs): NexGard Purple & HeartGard Green
  • 22.1-25 kg (50.1-60 lbs): NexGard Purple & HeartGard Brown
  • 25.1-45 kg (60.1-100 lbs): NexGard Red & HeartGard Brown
  • 45-60 kg (100.1-121 lbs): NexGard Red, HeartGard Blue & Brown*

*Note: HeartGard PLUS is only available for dogs up to 45kg (100 lbs), so for dogs between 45kg to 60kg (100.1-121 lbs), both HeartGard Blue and Brown packs should be administered according to your veterinarian's advice.

Precautions

Not for use in puppies under 8 weeks of age or weighing less than 2 kg (4 lbs) for NexGard, and not for use in puppies under 6 weeks of age for HeartGard PLUS. Keep out of reach of children and pets. In case of accidental ingestion, seek immediate medical attention.

    Same great product as the vets office but a whole lot better price and no rx required. Just order in advance because mine took a few weeks to arrive. Worth the wait for the savings.

    I’ve searched the web for the best pricing on both Nexgard and Heartgard, and hands down Sierra pet meds is the cheapest. Save time and money and just go ahead and order this combo now.

    I have purchasing this combo kit for a long time from Sierra Pet Meds. Great, Great value and always works well and as it should for my dog. Normally the package gets to me very quickly, however this last time it took just about 3 weeks to come. This would not stop me however from reordering. Just need to make sure to order well in advance before the day you need it. I have also ordered the combo pack for an elderly disabled veteran neighbor of mine who lives on a fixed income. When he told me that the vet that he takes his dog to was charging $200.00 for the same items sold in the combo pack, I was disgusted and immediatly told him about the amazing prices on Sierra Pets Meds. I have now ordered the combo pack for him 2 times and I'm sure I will continue to do so. Very satisfied customer.
