  • Up to 4 kg (4-10 lbs): NexGard Orange & HeartGard Blue
  • Up to 10 kg (10.1-24 lbs): NexGard Blue & HeartGard Blue
  • 10.1-22 kg (24.1-50 lbs): NexGard Purple & HeartGard Green
  • 22.1-25 kg (50.1-60 lbs): NexGard Purple & HeartGard Brown
  • 25.1-45 kg (60.1-100 lbs): NexGard Red & HeartGard Brown

Precautions

    These heartgard-nexgard combo is a life saver for people like me who is on a tight budget. My dog needs these regularly and to be honest I have to be careful with my budget in order to afford these meds. I am so happy finding these on SIerra Pets. Thanks from me and my dog.

    We've used both products on our dogs as long as we've owned them. Our Vet has suggested the use. We feel both Nexgard and Heartgard are excellent protection to help keep them safe and healthy. Great pricing.

    I have used these two products since 2014, when we moved to Florida after I retired. We have two Jack Russel dogs which are white. I let one of the dogs out the back door one afternoon, and saw about 20 fleas jump on her. She has been on Nexgard since she was a pup, and as soon as they hit her back, they jumped right back off. My dogs have NEVER had a flea on them. Seeing is believing! They have not had any signs of Heartworms either, thanks to Heartgard. These products absolutely do work.

    Products works well. We have had a problem with one dog taking Nexguard, have to put in something so she will take it, was never an issue before, Heartguard no issues. Have been using for a few years.

    The products work very well. However, we have been having issues with our two boys taking the Nexgard for the last year. The one would always take it no problem and the other we had to wrap in something for him to take it. Now we have to grind(mash) it and mix it with scrambled eggs for them to take it. Not sure if the product has changed but something is different. The Heartguard they have do problem taking.
