Heartgard Plus Chewables offer a delicious monthly treat that prevents heartworm disease while controlling roundworms and hookworms.

Directions for Use:
- Administer once every month throughout the year.
- For dogs up to 11 kg (25 lbs): Give 68mcg (1 tablet from the blue pack).
- For dogs 11-22 kg (26-50 lbs): Give 136mcg (1 tablet from the green pack).
- For dogs 22-44 kg (51-100 lbs): Give 272mcg (1 tablet from the brown pack).
- Dogs over 44 kg (100 lbs): Require a combination of tablets.
- Ensure your dog has a heartworm test before starting Heartgard.
Caution:
- Avoid administering to dogs allergic to the ingredients.
- If your dog hasn't been on ivermectin for up to 6 months, start the medication and test for heartworms after 6 months.
Possible Side Effects:
- Rare side effects when used at recommended dosage.
- Safe for all dog sizes and breeds, including puppies, pregnant females, and Collies.

Item the same as purchased here in the US just cheaper. kg instead of lbs but knew it was correct because 51-100 is Brown Box. Item took longer to receive than what the Sierra quoted as delivery time.

Cheapest price out there!
My vet has always price matched until I found Sierra Pet Meds. Vet says their price is below their cost! Product came from Australia so with free shipping it took about 2 weeks to arrive but the savings are worth the wait! Just order early.

Genuine package
Much cheaper than buying at my vet but yes like one review said plan ahead, it took almost 3 weeks to arrive to Canada! But totally worth it specially when you have 2 big dog!

Heartgard Plus Brown
Good product, however Sierra Pet Meds saved me quite a bit of money over purchasing this product locally, especially direct from my vet. Only issue is it took about 2 1/2 weeks to arrive, as they are located quite a ways away from my home. very responsive to inquiries especially when you consider there is a 12 hour difference in our time zones! If you need this medication and you live in the USA, allow extra time for shipping. If you can wait it's worth it.

Great!
Meds are from Australia and have an Australian dog on the packet. I think it is a German Shorthaired Pointer. Inconsequential as the pet food/drug industry in the US is unregulated anyways. Works fine. My dog is healthy as can be after consuming these for one year. Just ordered a second batch for the upcoming year.

I live in the states, I have been getting this product for several years. It arrived in about 14 days. The product was the same as what I got in the states same packaging. I have 5 dogs and you can't beat the price for this. I have a friend that lives in the UK and it does not require a prescription there she said.

Bit of a wait, but worth it
This is the same exact product we get here in the states as far as I can tell, though the picture they show here online is not the same on what I received. The one I got was the correct size and product, but a different picture on the box. It seems they are sending these from either Australia or New Zealand. I couldn't tell from the shipping stamp. The only thing that bothers me is that they don't require a prescription and my vet is very wary of me getting any meds off the internet and without a script requirement, I can see her telling me not to trust this, but I do. It took a little over two weeks to get it and the tracking wasn't very good once it hit the US. It just showed up in my mailbox one day even though the tracking said it was still "in transit". I can't complain about that though since the price is the best I've found anywhere. I will definitely be getting this again for my dogs.
