Stronghold, also known as Revolution is a safe and simple monthly topical medication used to protect your pet from heartworms, fleas, and ear mites. It also protects dogs from ticks and sarcoptic mange and cats from roundworms and hookworms.

For: 

Dogs (6 weeks of age or older and no weight requirement)
Cats (8 weeks of age or older and no weight requirement)

    Just remember it doesn't cover ticks, that being said it seems to do the job for the other things. Mine is strictly indoors so I prefer not to have the other ingredient added for ticks.

    We have used this but also tried others. And we returned to using it because it actually works. We live out in the country and it keeps the pests off the cats.

    Great product, not only keeps fleas away but also earmits and some types of worms ( I still deworm my cats every 3 months with a dewormer-paste ).
