How do I use my rewards points?

Redeeming your rewards points is easy and a great way to save on your next purchase! Follow the steps below.

Step 1: Go to the Rewards Page

1. Visit our Rewards page (linked in the footer or main navigation).
2. Sign in to your account. If you don't have an account yet, you can create one for free.

Step 2: View Your Points Balance

Once signed in, your current points balance will be displayed on the Rewards page.

Step 3: Redeem Points for a Coupon Code

1. On the Rewards page, scroll to the Redeem section.
2. Use the slider to choose how many points you'd like to redeem — you can redeem any amount from the minimum threshold up to your full balance.
3. If multiple currencies are available, select your preferred coupon currency.
4. Click Redeem and a unique coupon code will be generated for you.
5. Copy your coupon code — you can also find it later under the Redeemed Rewards tab.

Step 4: Apply the Coupon Code at Checkout

1. Add your items to the cart and proceed to checkout.
2. Enter your coupon code in the discount/coupon code field.
3. The discount will be applied to your order total.

Important Notes:

• You must be signed in to view your points and redeem rewards.
• Coupon codes have an expiry date — redeem them when you're ready to shop.
• Visit the Rewards page to see the current earning rate and point values.
