Rewards Program Overview
Our Rewards Program lets you earn points on every purchase and redeem them for coupon codes to save on future orders. Visit our Rewards page (linked in the footer) to see the current earning rate, point values, and your balance.
How to Earn Points
You earn points for every dollar you spend. Additional ways to earn include:
- Sign-up bonus — create an account and receive bonus points instantly
- Birthday bonus — add your birthday to your account to receive bonus points each year
- Referrals — share your unique referral code with friends and earn bonus points when they make their first purchase
- VIP Tiers — as you spend more, you move up through VIP tiers and earn points at a higher multiplier rate
How to Redeem Points
- Sign in and visit the Rewards page.
- In the Redeem section, use the slider to choose how many points to redeem.
- Click Redeem to generate a coupon code.
- Enter the coupon code at checkout to apply the discount to your order.
You can redeem any amount from the minimum threshold up to your full balance. If multiple currencies are available, you can choose which currency your coupon is issued in.
Key Points:
- You must be signed in to view and redeem your points
- Points never expire — your balance stays in your account
- Your VIP tier and earning rate are displayed on the Rewards page
- All current rates, bonuses, and program details are shown on the Rewards page
