When do my rewards points expire?

Your rewards points never expire. There is no inactivity timer or expiry period — your points balance will remain in your account for as long as you have one.

What about redeemed coupon codes?

Once you redeem points for a coupon code, the coupon has its own separate expiry date (shown when the coupon is created). Make sure to use your coupon codes before they expire. If a coupon expires before you use it, get in touch and we'll return the points to your account.

What if you stopped shipping to my country?

Since your points never expire, they'll still be waiting in your account. If we resume shipping to your country, you can redeem them as normal. If you've already redeemed points for a coupon code that expires before we resume shipping, contact us and we'll return the points to your account.
