My Friend Ordered — Why Didn't I Get My Referral Points?

When you refer a friend, they receive a percentage discount on their first order by entering your referral code at checkout, and you earn bonus points once their order is successfully completed.

If you haven't seen your referral points come through yet, here are a few possible reasons:

- Their order hasn't been shipped yet — Referral points are only awarded once your friend's order has officially shipped. If it's still marked as pending or processing, your reward won't trigger just yet.

- They didn't use your code at checkout — Your friend needs to enter your referral code in the coupon/discount code field during checkout for the referral to be tracked. If they forgot to enter it, the system won't be able to link their order to your referral.

- It wasn't their first order — Referral rewards are only triggered on a customer's first purchase. If your friend has ordered from us before, the referral won't apply.

- Minimum order value — Some referral programs require a minimum order amount. Check the Rewards page for the current minimum.

If you know your friend used your code and their order has shipped but your points still haven't arrived, reach out to our support team — we'll be happy to review it and manually add your points if eligible.
