My vet recommended for my dog. So much easier, one chew per month for protection from heartworm, fleas, ticks, and worms. My dog gobbles this down with no adverse effects. I save so much money purchasing from Sierra Pet Meds! This is the exact product as purchased from my vet. Same manufacturer, dosage, etc. It does take about 3 weeks to ship to the US from Sierra, but that is not an issue for me. I just order when I give my dog the last chew from the previous order.

This is expensive product but thankfully for Sierra Pet Meds you can purchase for a decent price. I have used this since it came out and all of my dogs take it easily as if it's a treat and it has done its job protecting them from fleas, ticks, and heartworms.
