Major international delivery delays are currently being experienced due to flight cancellations and government restrictions because of COVID-19.
Our freight providers are working with partner airlines and other postal operators to move items as quickly as possible however delays of 2-3 weeks are possible.
We are using a combination of carriers and monitoring the situation which is changing daily to ensure the carrier used is best placed to get your order to you as quickly as possible, all are currently facing delays however.
Where possible, we have now partnered with DHL eCommerce who have access to a dedicated chartered freight network.
At this time, shipping is only available to select countries including the United States, Canada, Israel and the United Kingdom along with a select number of countries in the European Union, we hope to introduce additional destinations in the near future once the backlog of items clears.
We offer a range of delivery options presented at the shopping cart page where you will also see an estimate of the shipping time for each method.
Shipping via standard mail where available is always free and includes tracking where available.
We currently ship to select countries only because of COVID-19, most orders are dispatched the same or next business day following receipt of your order.
Please note our shipping time-frames are approximate as external factors such as customs and postal delays can impact the delivery time, there are also restrictions on some products which cannot be shipped to certain locations, this will be advised on the product page where applicable.
