DOSAGE: It is important to weigh the dog before treatment to ensure the correct dose is given. Small & Medium Dogs: Using Canine All Wormer Tablets for Dogs, dosage rate is one tablet per 22 lbs bodyweight. Dosage should be rounded up to the nearest quarter tablet. Large Dogs: Using Canine All Wormer Tablets for Large Dogs, dosage rate is one tablet per 88 lbs bodyweight. Dosage should be rounded up to the nearest half tablet. Tablets may be administered with or without food. Some dogs will eat the tablets by themselves.
